Responsibilities
Daily Equipment Inspection: Conduct routine inspections of customer site equipment as per manufacturer requirements and record results in designated forms or systems.
Preventive Maintenance (Daily): Perform daily preventive maintenance based on inspection results, including cleaning, lubrication, tightening, adjustments, and installation/removal of parts.
Preventive Maintenance (Annual): Carry out annual overhaul and preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan to reduce equipment downtime.
Corrective Maintenance: Respond immediately to onsite issues. If unresolved within SOP required time, escalate and seek remote technical support. For major faults requiring two-person repair (e.g., HP issues at night), standby staff must arrive promptly to assist.
Tool Management: Manage onsite maintenance tools under the supervision of the outsourced service provider.
Spare Parts Management: Conduct monthly inventory checks and cleaning of spare parts. Ensure accurate stock levels, request replenishment in time, and update consumption records in the system.
Service Reporting: Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports in line with customer requirements and SOPs.
Customer Meetings: Attend regular meetings with customers together with service managers.
Training Services: Provide operational and basic maintenance training to customer operators and maintenance staff upon request.
Customer Communication: Maintain close communication with customer operations and equipment teams. Monitor order status, report equipment conditions promptly, and respond to customer inquiries.
Equipment Scope: Responsible for robots, charging stations, loading/unloading machines, conveyors, electronic labels, and software systems. Must be familiar with basic customer software system operations.
