Banking & Finance Paralegal

A leading international law firm is looking for a Paralegal to join its Banking & Finance practice in Singapore. This role offers exposure to complex financing transactions, including syndicated lending, acquisition finance, project finance, and cross-border deals. You will work closely with partners and associates, supporting them on high-value mandates in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing financing agreements and related documentation.
• Support lawyers in managing transaction processes, including due diligence and closing checklists.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research on banking and finance matters.
• Maintain organised records and transaction files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide administrative and paralegal support across the practice.

Requirements

• Prior paralegal experience in banking & finance or corporate law will be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to develop expertise in complex financing work.
