- Coordinated packing and outbound shipment activities.
- Ensured timely delivery of materials to customers.
- Maintained shipping records and documentation.
- Liaised with internal and external parties on shipment matters.
- Tracked shipments and resolved delivery issues.
- Operated forklifts and shipping systems.
- Performed receiving, loading, and unloading activities.
- Managed workload to meet shipment deadlines.
Requirements
- Knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation.
- Experience in air and sea freight import/export is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and SAP systems.
