Position: HR Intern

What You’ll Do

• Source and identify potential candidates across different platforms
• Conduct interviews and support hiring decisions
• Assist in crafting job descriptions and interview questions
• Participate in recruitment events and career fairs
• Support hiring strategy discussions with different departments
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates

What We’re Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed a Degree (any discipline)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Involvement in CCAs or sports is a plus
