Aesthetic Sales Consultant

CAL Med is the clinical arm of CAL — offering modern medical-grade aesthetic treatments in a safe, professional, and well-designed environment.

We are looking for an Aesthetic Sales Consultant to support our doctor, guide patients through their treatment options, and ensure every client receives a clear, confident, and personalised experience.

This role is perfect for someone who understands aesthetics, enjoys patient interaction, and wants a career with strong earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the doctor during consultations and help explain treatment plans clearly.
• Understand patient concerns and diagnose needs based on their goals.
• Provide suitable treatment recommendations after medical assessment.
• Build trust and maintain strong patient relationships through follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate documentation and smooth clinic flow.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in aesthetics, beauty consulting, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication, service standards, and confidence in explaining treatments
• Sales-driven and motivated to earn more
• Professional, reliable, and able to build rapport easily
• Comfortable working closely with a doctor
• Singaporean or PR
