Responsibilities
- Lead equipment, facility, utility and process validation projects
- Develop and execute IQ, OQ & PQ protocols
- Manage qualification and validation activities in compliance with GMP and ISO 17025 requirements
- Lead project planning, stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
- Prepare validation documents, SOPs, reports and investigations
- Support audits, root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Guide and supervise a small validation team
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences or related field
- Minimum 5 years of validation experience in a GMP or ISO 17025 environment
- Strong knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ, ISPE GAMP 5 and USP <1058>
- Experience leading validation projects and stakeholders
- Basic IT knowledge and system validation exposure preferred
