Your Job

As a Logistics Executive, you will play a key role in managing end‑to‑end freight operations, ensuring timely deliveries, cost efficiency, and compliance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support Molex’s logistics performance while driving continuous improvement in quality and productivity.

Our Team

You will join the Supply Chain – Warehouse team in Molex Singapore, collaborating with planners, sales engineers, quality, finance, IT, global logistics teams, and external logistics partners to support smooth outbound operations.

What You Will Do

  • Manage end‑to‑end shipment operations, including freight booking, documentation, and real‑time system updates
  • Coordinate with plants, 3PLs, freight forwarders, and vendors to ensure on‑time delivery, including urgent and ad‑hoc shipments
  • Evaluate shipping modes and manage premium freight exceptions to optimize logistics costs
  • Review freight invoices and monthly statements, resolving discrepancies with forwarders and global teams
  • Raise purchase orders for logistics services and shipping supplies
  • Monitor and manage shipping supplies inventory and pricing
  • Handle cargo damage claims and scrap sales processing
  • Support internal and external audits and prepare monthly logistics and billing reports
  • Lead or participate in GLSS / cost‑saving projects to improve logistics efficiency and quality
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Degree or Diploma with relevant experience in logistics or shipping operations
  • Experience in freight coordination, logistics operations, or supply chain support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Able to communicate effectively in business English with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in logistics or shipping within the electronics or manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
  • Experience handling audits, freight cost management, or continuous improvement projects
