Accounts Executive, Global Netting

Join a dynamic finance team to manage inter-company accounts payable and receivable for a global netting function. Utilize your accounting expertise and analytical skills to support a streamlined financial process.

Responsibilities

Oversee inter-company group accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) global netting processes, including reconciliation, declaration, and clearance.

Create AR statements and reconcile AR & AP aging, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding items.

Retrieve invoices from relevant systems and manage data for audit reporting and analysis.

Utilize SAP for clearance and offset activities.

Manage TT remittance group netting and liaise with overseas agents.

Implement settlements via the banking system by preparing netting templates for AR & AP.

Address inquiries and resolve disputes efficiently.

Maintain accurate documentation and e-filing of supporting records.

Distribute financial reports to respective divisions as required.

Prepare the billing report for prepaid Company Group break bulk charges.

Undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Finance Manager or Head of Department (HOD).

Requirements

Diploma in Accountancy or Business Finance.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, specifically in inter-company global netting and maintaining a full set of accounts.

Experience in shared services and the logistics sector.

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and SAP accounting systems.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.

Detail-oriented and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight reporting deadlines.
