Role Focus: Operations

Handle end-to-end export shipment operations, ensuring smooth execution from booking to vessel departure.

Key Duties

• Create & manage export shipments in system
• Coordinate bookings with carriers & arrange space
• Plan trucking & container collection (FCL/LCL)
• Monitor cargo stuffing, vessel schedules & cut-offs
• Prepare/export shipping documents (BL, invoices, permits)
• Liaise with customers, carriers & port/CY for smooth ops
• Track shipment status till departure
• Verify vendor invoices & update costing

Competencies

• Functional know-how in Customer Service Exports
• Operational know-how (Document Processing Ocean)
• Operational Understanding (Customs Clearance)
• Understanding of legal/regulatory/statutory environment

• Mon–Fri, 8.30am–5.30pm
• Up to $4400

Requirements

• Min 1 year freight forwarding experience
• Knowledge in ocean export & documentation
• Good MS Office skills
• Singaporean only
