Responsibilities
- Perform telemarketing calls to leads provided by partners to achieve sales target
- Understanding customers' needs and recommend suitable products to them
- Convert leads provided by partner to sales through telemarketing activities
- Ensure call activities adhered to regulations and in line with the Quality standards
Requirements
- Possess Insurance Certifications or open to take Insurance Certifications
- 1 to 2 years of Customer Service/Call Centre/Telemarketing/Telesales experience
