We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Payment Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of NETS payment solutions across a diverse range of merchants and businesses. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand the value of our products and services while achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company.

• Maintain and manage relationships with merchants and Channel Partners

• Assist new outlet/MID setup

• Merchant engagement to request additional information/ document

• Generate performance report for management updates

• Updates reporting numbers as requested by the management

• Preparation, analyze and compile monthly transactional reports

• Manage team budget

• Handle and provide administrative assistance

• Support the offline/online application onboarding (E.g. Vetting of applications, closely follow up the application status until it is onboarded successfully)

• Maintain and generate the API keys for merchants

• Raise of SR For any ad hoc request

• Facilitate the lead assignment, tracking and reporting

• Submission of any related PO activities on Coupa

• Assist on logistics and stationary coordination

• Support merchant training (e.g. how to use Mconnect)

• Communicate with merchants and partners on application of products and implementation of payment solutions

• Support merchants enquiries

• Assist on closing CCMS Ticket

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve problems, facilitate solutions to enhance service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the payments, fintech, or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Results driven and adaptable to a fast paced environment
  • Independent, outgoing, creative and good team player
  • Proficient in MS Excel
