Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a professional, friendly, and welcoming front desk experience.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrivals.
  • Coordinate courier services, external deliveries, and shipment requests.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as document preparation, data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, stationery, name card orders, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Support procurement administration, raising Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Orders, and assist with invoice and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management on office maintenance, repairs, and facilities-related matters.
  • Assist with office setup, onboarding arrangements for new hires, and ensure the reception and common areas are well-maintained.
  • Attend to general office and administrative requests and provide ad hoc administrative and facilities support as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in front desk reception duties, office administration, or customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
