Sales and Marketing Manager (Precious Metals)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new wholesale clients (financial institutions, bullion traders, refineries, jewelry manufacturers, etc.)

• Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers to increase transaction volume and frequency

• Convert new leads into active trading accounts through strong follow-up and product support

• Provide market intelligence on spot pricing, premiums, and regional supply-demand trends

• Attend industry conferences and networking events to build new partnerships

• Present and promote YLG’s physical bullion products, services, and sourcing capabilities

• Coordinate with operations and compliance teams for seamless trade execution

• Contribute to brand visibility through marketing activities and collaborations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the precious metals or bullion trading industry (REQUIRED)

• Strong knowledge of gold and silver products, spot trading, logistics, and settlement processes

• Established customer network in Asia — an added advantage

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen

• Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven team player

• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving market environment
