Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and candidate placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Match suitable candidates with client requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
