Sales Executive/Manager - Media, Marketing & Events

ThinkFarm is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive/Manager to support sales growth across our media, marketing and events portfolio.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing proposals, and driving revenue across advertising, marketing and event-related solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and develop new business leads.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertisers, sponsors and industry partners.

• Promote and sell advertising, marketing and event-related solutions.

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations and contracts.

• Follow up closely with prospects and clients to move opportunities towards closure.

• Work closely with internal teams to develop suitable proposals and packages for clients.

• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience.

• Experience in media, advertising, publishing, events, exhibitions, FMCG or related industries preferred.

• Candidates with healthcare and wellness industry experience will have an added advantage.

• Existing industry network will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently.

• Comfortable with cold outreach, client meetings and follow-ups.

• Able to identify opportunities and tailor sales pitches to different client needs.

• Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic salary + attractive commission for full-time role.

• Attractive commission structure for contract/freelance role.
