Regional Sales Engineer (MICROSCOPE MNC)

Salary: up to $5500

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: Taiseng

Distributor management and support: Supporting sales activities of distributors/dealers. Building relationships with distributors, maintaining and expanding accounts. Sharing sales strategies and sales plans and encouraging their implementation. Managing sales progress and performance evaluation for distributors. Managing credit control of distributors. Visiting distributors in various countries as necessary

o Market development and sales promotion: Discovering markets by country and expanding sales opportunities. Creating deals and supporting sales through distributors. Adjusting sell-in/sell-out conditions

o Marketing and product launch: Supporting new product launches. Educating and sharing sales plans for distributors. Joint management of exhibitions/events. Providing 4Ps materials, thus enabling effective product, marketing information and solutions from distributors to end user

o Business operations: Analyzing of distributor sales data. Creating data necessary for budget formulation, drafting monthly reports (including distributor progress)

o Negotiating sales terms with distributors: Providing technical and sales instructions to distributors. Applying for demo units and marketing budgets. Proposing improvements to distributor strategies

o Others as assigned.

o Channels Performance (Activity volume, sales results)

o Channels support satisfaction.

o Others as assigned

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Life Science/Pharmaceutical Engineering or similar w min 3years of relevant experience in product sales in relation to healthcare engineering field & sales distribution management experience
