Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and register patients professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate and manage appointment bookings and rescheduling requests
- Attend to patients' enquiries and provide accurate information on clinic services
- Assist with patient screening and basic pre-consultation procedures
- Support referral processes, payment collection, and checkout activities
- Perform administrative and documentation duties to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care and service
Requirements
- N Levels, O Levels, A Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
- Available to commence work within a short notice period
- Prior healthcare experience is not required as training will be provided
