Key Responsibilities
- Contact applicants and stakeholders to follow up on required documentation and application matters
- Handle inbound and outbound phone enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Provide quality customer support through phone communications
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, document scanning, filing, and record management
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely updates of information in internal systems
- Support daily operational and administrative functions as assigned
Requirements
- Possess at least A Levels or Diploma in any field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling phone-based communications and customer enquiries
- Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
- Available to commence work within a short notice period
- Interest in the healthcare and medical sector is advantageous
