Key Responsibilities
- Support daily laboratory operations under the guidance of laboratory professionals and supervisors
- Assist with specimen collection, processing, and preparation for laboratory testing
- Perform patient registration, documentation, and other administrative duties as required
- Conduct phlebotomy procedures when assigned, ensuring a professional and positive patient experience
- Verify patient information and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with healthcare standards
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to clarify laboratory requests and ensure accurate specimen processing
- Communicate laboratory information accurately while adhering to established reporting and verification protocols
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with laboratory procedures and quality standards
Requirements
- Diploma in Chemical Process Technology (CPT), Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, organized, and comfortable working with data and numerical information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
