Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide HR business partnering support to assigned divisions and departments.
- Manage recruitment activities for specialist and non-specialist positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.
- Support talent acquisition initiatives and candidate management processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and onboarding programs.
- Process medical manpower listings and maintain accurate staffing records and reports.
Requirements
- Min Degree In HR /Business or related field
- Min 4 years of relevant HR experience in Healthcare environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with database management systems will be advantage
