Business Analyst

We are partnering with a leading global resources organisation to appoint a Business Analyst, Treasury Systems (12-Month Contract) based in Singapore. Reporting into the Treasury System function, this role sits within a high-performing Commercial Treasury team and plays a critical role in supporting treasury systems, risk governance, process optimisation, and technology-driven transformation initiatives across the business.

Responsibilities

You will serve as the subject matter expert and administrator for the organisation's Treasury Management System (TMS), with a particular focus on Quantum and related treasury applications. This includes overseeing system configuration, enhancements, troubleshooting, and ensuring the platform continues to support evolving business requirements.

You will work closely with treasury, IT, and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives across treasury operations. This includes identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and leverage technologies such as automation, AI, data analytics, and workflow tools to improve efficiency and controls.

You will partner with internal technology teams and external vendors to manage system upgrades, resolve technical issues, and support change management activities. Acting as a key liaison between technical and business users, you will ensure treasury systems remain robust, scalable, and fit for purpose.

Requirements

You possess at least 5 years of experience within corporate treasury, treasury systems, or treasury technology environments. Prior experience administering and configuring Quantum Treasury Management System is highly preferred.

Candidates with hands-on experience in automation, AI, data analytics, scripting, or process improvement initiatives will be highly regarded.
