Conduct industry, market, and company research to identify investment opportunities.
Analyze financial statements, business models, and competitive positioning of target companies.
Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and investment materials.
Support due diligence processes, including commercial, financial, and operational assessments.
Assist in preparing investment committee presentations and transaction documentation.
Monitor portfolio companies and evaluate operational and financial performance.
Work closely with investment professionals on live transactions and portfolio management activities.

2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, or related fields.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Solid financial modelling and valuation capabilities.
Excellent academic background from a top university, GPA from 3.5.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Professional proficiency in English & Vietnamese.
