Insurance Claims Executive (Personal Accident)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6
Salary: Up to $4000 + 1 month bonus
Job Responsibilities
- Assess and approve Personal Accident (PA) claims within turnaround timelines and authority limits
- Review medical, financial, and supporting claim documents to determine claim eligibility and reserve adequacy
- Handle end-to-end claims assessment, investigations, and closure
- Liaise with medical institutions, policyholders, agents, and internal stakeholders for clarification and supporting documents
- Ensure accurate policy interpretation and fair claims decision-making
- Monitor pending claims to ensure timely resolution and proper closure
- Identify claim trends, unusual practices, and recommend process improvements
- Provide professional, empathetic, and timely communication to customers and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
