Sales Engineer (Singapore & ASEAN)

• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers across Singapore and ASEAN markets

• Manage and maintain existing customer accounts to support business growth

• Conduct sales calls, follow up on leads, and provide customer support

• Prepare product presentations and deliver product demonstrations where required

• Provide basic technical and application support, including installation support when necessary

• Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to achieve sales objectives

• Prepare sales reports and monitor sales performance and market trends

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions

• Support customer training and resolve product-related issues

• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
