Job Description :

Person with 15 - 18 years of experience in a hospital environment

· Enterprise Transformation Strategy: Define and execute the 3–5 year digital roadmap, aligning hospital IT infrastructure with clinical and corporate strategic goals.

· High-Stakes Program Management: Own the end-to-end delivery of multi-million dollar, high-risk programs (e.g., EHR overhauls, facility integrations) with zero clinical downtime.

· AI & Innovation Integration: Deploy enterprise AI and predictive analytics to optimize clinical decision support, patient flow, and administrative workflows.

· Executive & Clinical Alignment: Serve as the strategic bridge between technical teams, C-suite executives, and clinical leadership to drive consensus on digital shifts.

· Legacy IT Modernization: Lead the evolution of legacy hospital IT, ensuring new AI applications seamlessly integrate with core systems like Epic or Cerner.

· Governance & Compliance: Enforce rigorous data governance frameworks for AI adoption, ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA and patient privacy laws.
