Assistant cook/supervisor

Job Summary

You will handle food preparation, mainly cooking noodles and preparing raw ingredients at a coffee shop stall. You will also manage cleanliness of the stall, equipment, and storage while communicating effectively with customers in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook noodles consistently to meet quality standards at a coffee shop stall
• Prepare raw ingredients accurately to support smooth food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness of the stall, cooking equipment, and storage areas to ensure hygiene and safety
• Communicate clearly with customers in Mandarin and English to provide good service and respond to inquiries
