Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements related to student administration, admissions, financial aid, and other campus processes.
• Configure and customize PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules to meet client needs.
• Collaborate closely with technical developers, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support end-user training.
• Provide expert advice on best practices and process improvements within the Campus Solutions suite.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth system performance and user satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a functional consultant with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions in a higher education environment.
• Good understanding of business processes in admissions, student records, financial aid, and related areas.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft modules such as Student Records, Admissions, Financial Aid, and Campus Community.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
