Junior Financial Analyst_ Contract

• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends, variances, and opportunities
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Conduct data analysis using Excel or financial tools to support business decisions
• Prepare management reports and dashboards
• Assist with cost analysis and monitoring of expenses
• Support senior analysts in financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Accounting, Operations, HR)
• Assist in audits and compliance reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship experience is acceptable)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills
