Audit Manager

Responsibilities:
· Manage a portfolio of ourSingapore audit clients across diversified industries.
· Serve as the main liaisonpoint between the firm and clients, providing timely responses to clientinquiries and needs, and maintaining regular contact throughout the auditprocess.
· Ensure audit assignmentsare completed in a timely manner and within the agreed budget.
· Prepare forecastedbillings and manage cash collection.
· Mentor, develop, andmotivate team members to achieve technical competencies and efficientperformance.
Requirements:
· Degree in Accountancy or aprofessional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA Australia).
· At least 3 years ofworking experience in a public accounting firm (candidates with BigInternational accounting firms experience are advantageous).
· Experience managing aportfolio of diversified clients, including both MNCs and SMEs.
· Strong initiative andattention to detail.
· Excellent leadership,coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Sound knowledge ofinternational accounting principles and financial reporting frameworks.
· Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.
