Regional Commercial & Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

As part ofthe regional team, will contribute to key strategic and commercial initiatives,including:

Strategy andcorporate development

  • Proactively source M&A, licensing (in and out) and partnerships opportunities that create new capabilities or significantly advance HTL corporate strategy
  • Develop market perspectives and create strategic frameworks to support Corporate Development (industry research, competitive landscaping, market sizing, product analysis, greenfield market development opportunity, etc.)
  • Prepare executive materials (powerpoint presentations, excel analysis, etc.) distilling key data insights and summary conclusions to enable robust decision-making through all stages of deals, including seeking approval for transactions by the executive team and the Board of Directors

Strategic planning

  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of strategies and report findings to leadership
  • Data Analysis & Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and financial data analysis to identify industry trends
  • Prepare executive materials (powerpoint presentations, excel analysis, etc.) distilling key data insights and summary conclusions to enable robust decision-making

BusinessDevelopment

  • Identify and capture relevant contacts / prospects / new players and increase sales over time
  • Implement sales and marketing action plans
  • Build strong relationships of trust with customers and reinforce customer satisfaction
  • Ensure regular follow-up of customer needs
  • Suggest product/service improvements in conjunction with other departments
  • Work closely with distributors and partners to maximize sales channel and market coverage
  • Coordinate customer interactions with various internal departments (regulatory affairs, quality assurance, production, R&D)
