  • Assist the Corporate Safety Manager in managing the corporate Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) management system.
  • Serve as the designated Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) for HDB projects
  • Implement and oversee the project-specific WSHE management system and programs in alignment with corporate procedures.
  • Conduct daily inspection and take follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance
  • Conduct safety induction/ tool-box meeting / training and emergency drills
  • Develop safety & emergency response procedures and spearhead safety committee
  • Conduct Risk assessment and implementation of SWP at workplace
  • Ensure PTW supporting documents are valid and in place for operational performance
  • To inspect and examine workplace records, certificates, notices and documents kept or required to be kept under the WSHA.
  • Implement practical pollution control measures, material wastage control and 3-R programs to safeguard the environment
  • Support company and project initiatives to achieve SHE-related awards and certifications.
  • Coordinate emergency response actions during accidents or incidents.
  • Conduct accident and incident investigations to identify causes and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Promote a positive safety culture through effective communication with employees on safety matters.
