Role Overview
The Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations in the restaurant. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a positive dining experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and guide customers’ dining and restaurant experience
Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times.
Full knowledge of food and beverage menu items including major components of a dish/drink; this may include ingredients and their source, simple descriptions of unfamiliar ingredients.
Adhere to all company service standards and protocols.
Confident and correct use of POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
Ensure customers are charged correctly and receive proof of payment in a timely manner.
Engage management for any guest issue or complaint.
Stocking and preparing service related items.
Sets up bar stations according to outlets’ guidelines.
Follows recipes, portion control and presentation specifications as assigned by the Company.
Ensure compliance to regulatory of food safety, quality, health and hygiene standard times.
Maintain good personal hygiene as well as high work and safety standards at all times.
Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming standards.
Assist is other ad hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Prior F&B experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
