Mondays - Fridays | Office hours

Location: Orchard

- Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for healthcare and related roles

- Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment and selection process

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to support long-term talent partnerships

- Manage recruitment administration, including offer coordination, onboarding, and candidate tracking

- Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen the client portfolio

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in any field

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
