What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, and prospective customers.
• Drive enrolment, retention, and revenue growth.
• Coach and support a team to achieve operational and sales goals.
• Ensure a smooth, welcoming, and engaging customer experience.
• Manage scheduling, administration, and centre activities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer-facing leadership roles within retail, education, hospitality, enrichment, or service industries.
• Strong people management and team leadership abilities.
• A proactive and sales-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working weekends and retail operating hours.
