Senior Quantity Surveyor (Maincon – A1 | Tender)

Join an established A1 Main Contractor with a strong track record in industrial, logistics, warehouse, and building construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and prepare comprehensive cost estimates for all tender submissions
Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Carry out quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns based on drawings, specifications, and document requirements
Review and interpret tender documents, including drawings, specifications, and contract requirements, to ensure full understanding of the project scope
Identify discrepancies in tender documents and raise timely clarification queries
Provide cost inputs and supporting data in accordance with tender submission requirements
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare tender costing sheets
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of the works and deliverables
Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Tendering, or Pre-Contract functions
Experience with main contractors will be highly preferred
Candidates with exposure to industrial, commercial, institutional, residential, mixed-use, or building construction projects are welcome to apply
Good understanding of tendering processes, cost estimation, and subcontractor management
