Customer Operation Executive

Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments and provide professional customer service support via phone and email.
- Maintain and update schedules, records, and databases accurately.
- Coordinate and deploy contractors or teams based on operational requirements.
- Liaise with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare and generate reports using Excel and internal systems.
- Support process improvements to enhance reporting, scheduling, and data management efficiency.
- Perform administrative and operational support duties as assigned.
- Experience in managing large data sets 50,000-100,000 in excel will be an added advantage
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, operations coordination, administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data management (eg formulas, Macro, basic analysis) is preferred.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and generating reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
