Customer Operation Executive

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate appointments and provide professional customer service support via phone and email.
  • Maintain and update schedules, records, and databases accurately.
  • Coordinate and deploy contractors or teams based on operational requirements.
  • Liaise with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Prepare and generate reports using Excel and internal systems.
  • Support process improvements to enhance reporting, scheduling, and data management efficiency.
  • Perform administrative and operational support duties as assigned.
  • Experience in managing large data sets 50,000-100,000 in excel will be an added advantage

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, operations coordination, administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data management (eg formulas, Macro, basic analysis) is preferred.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and generating reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
