M&E Engineer

· Control the progress of RFA, RFI, Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Status for on-time completion.

· Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters, including submission of method statement, drawings, materials, samples and work progress;

· Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedule for on-time completion.

· Carry out inspection of MEP works prior to concreting or subsequent construction works;

· Assist in supervising and coordinating MEP services work closely with other departments;

· Assist for submission of evaluation of progress claim, variation work to M&E Manager

· Participate in all relevant project review meetings, site meetings, design meetings, and other project relevant meetings

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering;

· Minimum 3 years’ work experience related projects in Singapore building and construction industry

· Electrical/Mechanical Engineering experience in HDB/LTA/MOE project is required;

· Possess strong Electrical/Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experiences;

· Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with site teams to execute work
