Job Description

• Ideate, develop and deliver compelling video content, including commercials and social content, for monthly campaigns and brand initiatives
• Translate creative concepts into storyboards and pitch proposals, effectively communicating creative vision, storytelling and production approach to stakeholders
• Execute tasks across the production process, including producing and video editing
• Stay up-to-date with changes and trends on all social platforms to maximise content effectiveness
• Manage social media accounts to ensure consistent brand voice, tone and visual identity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify new product launches and key marketing initiatives
• Develop and execute social media strategies through competitive research, audience insights and platform selection to achieve marketing objectives
• Track and monitor content performance using social analytics and insights to drive optimisation
• Conceptualise new ways to grow Shopee’s social presence and deepen audience engagement
• Proactively manage and engage the online community by tracking sentiment and acting on it to ensure a strong user experience

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Digital Design, Film, Media, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative capability, with experience in creating content, producing and/or managing social platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, or other relevant software
• Strong interest in marketing, communications, social media
• Self-starter and collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and presentation skills
