About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Operations Management Assistant to support the sales and operational activities of two related companies. You will work closely with both management teams to ensure smooth customer communication, accurate order processing, and consistent service standards across all sales channels.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career individuals who want broad exposure to sales operations, customer service, and business support across multiple business units.
Job Responsibilities
Online Sales & Customer Support
Respond to customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and e‑commerce chat platforms
Process online orders from web shops, messaging channels, and marketplace platforms
Coordinate delivery arrangements and follow up with local clients
Prepare and submit documentation for e‑invoicing
Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business
Retail & In‑Person Support (Where Applicable)
Assist walk‑in customers with product understanding and recommendations
Develop strong product and technical knowledge for both companies’ offerings
Provide excellent sales and aftersales service
Maintain store displays, restock products, and ensure visual standards are met
Handle cash and sales transactions accurately
Operational & Cross‑Company Support
Participate in product and service training for both companies
Provide customer feedback and report stock shortages to management
Support stock flow, replenishment, and inventory organisation
Assist with sales projects and provide regular progress updates
Contribute to other online/offline store functions as required
Coordinate tasks and priorities across two companies while maintaining service consistency
Requirements
Fresh graduates or first‑job seekers are encouraged to apply
Enjoys interacting with people and initiating conversations naturally
Able to understand customer needs and provide helpful recommendations
Comfortable with basic math
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast‑paced environment
Team‑oriented, adaptable, and able to support two business units
Preferably Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
