Job Summary :

  • Working Location : Pasir Panjang
  • Working Day : Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and cook fresh hand-pulled noodles and dumplings right in front of customers.
  • Lead and manage line cooks and prep cooks within your section.
  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of dishes, maintaining consistency and high quality.
  • Ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
  • Collaborate with other section chefs to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Requirements :

  • 3–5 years of experience as a ramen & dumpling Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Passion for food, creativity, and commitment to excellence.
