Job Summary :
- Location: Calshot Road
- Salary: Up$3,200
- Working Days: 5.5 days
- Work Schedule:
- Day Shift: Mon–Fri 7:45am–4:45pm, Sat 7:45am–11:45am
- Night Shift: Mon–Fri 4:15pm–1:00am (Night shift allowance: $9/day), Sat Off
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise warehouse team in daily operations
- Ensure accuracy in job performance, reporting, and documentation
- Maintain warehouse management system (WMS) daily
- Oversee inventory counts (weekly, monthly, yearly)
- Compile monthly billing for customers and finance department
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health requirements
- Uphold ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 standards
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse systems and processes
- Coordinate logistics support to meet business demands
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide operational support
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & WMS functions
- Forklift driving license required
- Able to operate VNA / Stacker equipment
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
