BIM Modeller (Precast/Constriction)

Responsibilities
- Develop BIM models and precast shop drawings using Tekla Structures.
- Interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings for precast detailing.
- Prepare reinforcement, openings, cast-in items, lifting systems, and component details.
- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Review drawings, identify discrepancies, and raise RFIs.
- Revise shop drawings based on consultant comments and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance.
- Issue approved shop drawings to production teams on schedule.
- Develop and maintain standard precast component templates.
- Ensure timely submission of shop drawings according to project timelines.
- Attend technical and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
- Proficient in Tekla Structures and AutoCAD.
