Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
- Prepare and maintain shipping, inventory, and logistics documentation.
- Track delivery schedules and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock management activities.
- Generate operational reports and analyze logistics performance.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or operations (fresh graduates with strong aptitude are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.
