Finance & Admin Senior Executive

TRUST FELLAS AUTO SERVICE PTE. LTD.

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Finance & Admin Senior Executive to support both finance operations and office administration functions.

Finance

  • Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
  • Prepare month-end closing and bank reconciliations
  • Manage invoicing, payment processing, and follow-up on receivables
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
  • Prepare GST submissions and basic financial reports
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors and tax agents when required

HR & Admin Support

  • Support basic HR outsourcing functions including payroll, leave administration, and employee records
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance in general office administration and coordination tasks as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles preferred
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks and Xero or similar) is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
