Pharmacist

Join our dynamic outpatient pharmacy team responsible for delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care. This role involves patient interactions, medication management, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and dispense medications to patients and caregivers.

• Provide education on medication use and assist in administration.

• Identify, resolve, and prevent medication-related issues.

• Ensure the timely and accurate distribution of pharmaceutical products.

• Participate in quality improvement projects within the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent, recognised by the relevant authority for registration.

• Relevant experience in a hospital environment is an advantage, though on-the-job training will be offered.

• Successful candidates may be appointed at a senior level based on their experience.
