Role Overview

Role Title: Talent Acquisition Associate

Function: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition

Seniority Level: Entry level Employment Type: Full time

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will help Klook attract and hire exceptional talent across multiple functions and markets. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, engage, and hire top talent while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Talent Acquisition & Business Partnering

  • Support end-to-end recruitment for business, corporate, and technology roles across multiple markets.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, motivation, and cultural alignment.
  • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Manage interview processes, stakeholder communications, offer negotiations, and hiring decisions.

Talent Intelligence & Market Insights

  • Conduct talent market research and competitor benchmarking to support hiring strategies.
  • Provide hiring managers with market insights, talent trends, and candidate feedback.
  • Utilize recruitment data and analytics to improve hiring outcomes and drive informed decision-making.

Recruitment Excellence & Innovation

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, talent insights, and recruiter productivity.
  • Contribute to employer branding, recruitment marketing, campus initiatives, and talent community-building efforts.
  • Support recruitment transformation and automation projects that help Klook scale hiring globally.

What You'll Need

  • 0–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Consulting, or other people-focused functions.
  • Strong interest in recruiting, talent strategy, and business partnering.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • AI-literate with a curiosity for emerging technologies and a willingness to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, research, and decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn.
