Duties And Responsibilities

Reception and Information Counter

  • Welcoming of staff and Guests to the premises, and accurate directions and information both within the premises and the surrounds
  • Ensure that a high level of professionalism and customer service is always maintained
  • Deal with complaints diligently and tactfully

Visitor Management and Access Control

  • Ensuring that all visitors to the premises are welcomed appropriately and ensure that the host can meet their visitor under the most professional circumstances and environment, whilst working with the security team to ensure the access is provided as per the security policy
  • Prepare new hire desk label , access cards and recording
  • Send new hire information to printing company for printing of sticker/Label
  • Monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges and record

Providing onsite support

  • Manage Corrigo Work Order process – acknowledgement & closure for those meeting set-up
  • Report on building management of office issues when required
  • Assists in maintaining clean, safe & secure working environment via supervision of pantry and front of house meeting room cleanliness.
  • Ensure tasks assigned by Superior is properly carried
  • Weekly order of Pantry & Stationery supplies
  • Daily collection of new papers
  • Daily collection of letters @ mailbox (Basement)
  • Ensure any faults or defects are reported to ensure an outstanding client experience is maintained
  • Ensure that staff letter or doc is distributed accordingly.
  • Switch on the front of house TVs
  • Assist on the client's GRF PO requisition and invoice processing
  • Handling incoming documents / parcels
  • Courier Services - Local outgoing mail
  • Ordering of FedEx shipping supplies
  • Postage to-up value
  • Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
