Supervise and lead production teams during assigned shifts to maximize output and efficiency
Ensure adherence to production schedules, including timely start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers
Oversee receiving, handling, and feeding of raw materials to prevent contamination and waste
Monitor and report daily raw material consumption to maintain accurate inventory and reduce scrap rates
Ensure finished products meet defined quality specifications and standards
Enforce inspection and quarantine procedures for non-conforming materials
Implement and uphold workplace safety practices, including 5S activities and routine inspections
Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Prepare daily shift reports covering production output, material usage, scrap, and downtime
Support implementation of Environmental, Health & Safety programs aligned with ISO 14001 standards
Execute tasks assigned by Production Manager and support management directives

2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Experience handling raw materials in manufacturing setting (e.g. chemical, metal).
WSQ Supervise Work in Confined Space certification and valid forklift license
Commit to 12-hour rotating shifts (day and night on alternate weeks)
Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 14001 is an added advantage
