Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Product Specialist within assigned territories to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Develop and execute sales strategies while providing exceptional customer service.

• Maintain strong customer relationships, actively reporting their feedback to management.

• Conduct regular checks to ensure appropriate products are utilized for surgeries.

• Keep accurate records in the CRM system, documenting sales calls, meetings, and customer feedback.

• Carry out market research, providing insights on trends, competition, and pricing.

• Prepare and share weekly sales plans and reports.

• Manage consignment documentation and assist logistics in stock verification.

• Organize exhibitions, workshops, and training sessions for customers, including healthcare professionals.

• Oversee customer documentation and accounts receivable for hospitals within the assigned territory.

• Facilitate urgent deliveries of medical devices or products to hospitals, clinics, or patients as needed.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Nursing.

• 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Support.

• Certification from the Singapore Nursing Board is advantageous.

• Willingness to work after hours as needed for case coverage support.

• Ability to operate comfortably in surgical environments.

• Capacity to work independently while managing stress and pressure effectively.
