Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive loading plans for various cargo dimensions and weights.

• Collaborate with airlines to adjust and finalize loading plans as necessary.

• Determine ULD packaging requirements based on specific loading needs.

• Partner with warehouse operations to ensure accurate cargo build-up.

• Provide ongoing training to the freight management and warehouse teams regarding load planning for oversized equipment.

• Maintain optimal cargo planning to maximize yield and minimize costs associated with aircraft services.

• Work closely with customer service to adapt to changes in loading requirements.

• Facilitate effective coordination with customer service and warehouse teams for timely shipment readiness.

• Apply critical thinking to resolve discrepancies related to cargo dimensions versus packing lists.

• Maintain organized records of data for continuous improvement and effective feedback between stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields.

• Proven ability to formulate planning strategies and drive process improvements.

• Strong skills in time management, collaboration, and teamwork.
